Browse

The Browse menu is a comprehensive list of all the sections of the Illinois app. Here, you can explore everything the Illinois app can do for you and add sections of the app to your Favorites for quick access. If you can’t find something, look here first!  

Access Browse Menu

To access the Browse menu, tap the Browse button at the bottom of the app screen. You can access the Browse button from anywhere in the app.  

Tap any drop-down arrow to expand a section of the app that includes more items.  

Tap the star to add or remove any section or item from your Favorites.  

Any section or item in the Illinois app can be added to your Favorites, including specific pages in the Campus Guide.  

The Browse button is between Favorites and Map. 

Add to Favorites

The stars are colored according to their status on your Favorites:  

  • Orange – This section or item is currently marked as a Favorite. 
  • Gray – This section is marked as a Favorite, but one item from the section is not marked. 
  • White – This section is not currently marked as a Favorite. 
The stars next to each item indicate whether that item is on your Favorites.
