Due to an API issue, the transaction history for Illini Cash, Dining Dollars, and Meal Plan is currently unavailable.

Unable to connect to Laundry service
DESCRIPTION
The Laundry tool in the Illinois app is currently experiencing an API outage rendering it inaccessible.
STATUS
This issue has now been resolved by the third-party vendor.

ISSUE
Laundry service inaccuracy
DESCRIPTION
The Laundry tool in the Illinois app may give inaccurate information about availability of machines in some residence halls. This seems to be an intermittently recurring problem.
STATUS
A technician from the laundry service vendor CSC has made some repairs. The app is now connecting correctly.

ISSUE
Dining location issue
DESCRIPTION
The dining feature is currently showing the location of only one kitchen in the app and the website.
STATUS
The issue was quickly resolved.

Users frequently logged out
DESCRIPTION
Some users are being logged out of the app daily or more often – every 30 minutes. Signing in again with a NetID sometimes takes several tries.

This issue is believed to be fixed.

MTD bus pass unavailable
DESCRIPTION
Users attempting to display their MTD bus pass in the Illinois app may receive an error message that reads “You do not have an MTD bus pass.”

Unable to log in
DESCRIPTION
Users with new Illinois app accounts or with previously deleted app accounts may currently receive the message “Unable to log in. Please try again later” when logging into the Illinois app.

Large fonts
DESCRIPTION
Some users of the Illinois app are having a startup issue when Android and iPhone devices have large fonts configured. When the app is started, a banner screen blocks the button needed to continue.

Confirmed fixed in v2.4.52. Now available in the App and Play stores.

Foldable devices
DESCRIPTION
Some users of the Illinois app are experiencing issues with foldable Android devices such as the Samsung Flip and Fold. The error message may mention that the “Illinois app keeps stopping.”

Expired i-card
DESCRIPTION
The Illini ID in the Illinois app erroneously reports that i-cards with no expiration date (e.g., i-cards belonging to emeriti or retired faculty) are expired.

ISSUE
Preferred First Name
DESCRIPTION
Preferred Name is not displayed in Groups and in the “Signed in with NetID” field.
STATUS
Fixed as of Oct. 13, 2022.
Posts previously published before the fix date will show the authors’ legal names, but these posts can be deleted and re-posted. Posts made after the fix date will show Preferred Name.

ISSUE
Laundry
DESCRIPTION
The Laundry tool in the app reports machines as out of order when they are actually operating properly.
Washer and Dryer statuses are inaccurate. All machines are shown as Unknown or Unavailable.
