Each item on this list directs you to a page that includes a phone number, email, website, and some details about how that service can help you. It’s a great place to go when you don’t know where to start.
Go to Wellness and use the drop-down menu to locate the Wellness Resources.
Scroll through the list until you find what you need.
The first six items on the list are quick starting points when you have a concern and you are not sure where to begin looking for the right resource.
The rest of the list is a complete alphabetical directory of the Wellness Resources available on campus.
Tap the star (★) next to any item to add it to your Favorites for quick access later.
