User roles and Illinois Permissions

Who can use different features of the Illinois app?

This table explains the user role and privacy levels required to see and use different tools in the Illinois app.

Some user roles can access features in the app that other user roles cannot. Some features require certain credentials. 

Multiple user roles can be selected at once, which unlocks the resources available to both roles.

• To Change User Role: Settings > Personal Information > Who You Are
• To Sign in with NetID: Settings > Sign in with your NetID
• To Change Privacy Level: Settings > Privacy Center > Manage and Understand Your Privacy
