It’s hard to know where to begin when you’re feeling overwhelmed. The I’m Struggling guide offers some focused questions about concerns such as medication management, academic stress, and food insecurity. These questions help you think about what you might need and how you can get in touch with the right people.  


Visit I’m Struggling first when you don’t know where to go to get help for: 

  • Physical and emotional concerns 
  • Medication management

  • Financial and food insecurity 
  • Health insurance 
  • Visa status 
  • Racism and harassment 
  • Psychotherapy 
  • Domestic violence 
  • Suicidal ideation 

Go to the Wellness section and use the drop-down menu to locate the I’m Struggling feature.
